Dane Wozniacki was in good form against Jovanovski but revealed she wasn't completely satisfied with her performance on Twitter after the match: "Won again today against Jovanovski,64 64.Not the best game, but happy to get thru and always dif to play against a young upcoming player."
Francesca Schiavone is also through to the third round after a tough three-set win against compatriot Sara Errani 6-0 2-6 6-3 just short of the two hour mark.
The 2010 French Open champion was pleased with her form: "I played a flawless first set - probably the best set I played all year. I lost a bit of focus in the second set but got it together in the third. It was a very competitive match."
